Explanation
(This amendment, and a companion amendment, transfers funding for educational telecommunications payments from the Department of Information Technology and the proposed Secretariat of Technology to the Secretariat of Administration, as provided for in §2.1-563.27:1, Code of Virginia. The amendment also increases funding for these programs by $500,000 in the second year.)
