Page 145, line 5, after "funds" insert:

Page 145, line 10, strike "5,000" and insert "15,000".
Page 145, line 12, strike "25,000" and insert "50,000".
Page 145, after line 13, insert:
"It is the intent of the General Assembly that localities use administrative funding to hire a full- or part-time local coordinator for the Comprehensive Services Act program.  Localities may pool this funding to hire regional coordinators."

(This amendment increases state funding to localities for the administration of the Comprehensive Services Act. The funding would allow localities to hire full- or part-time coordinators for the program, individually or regionally.)
