Page 138, after line 30, insert:
"Of the amounts received by the Department of Education for administration of the Job Training and Partnership Act, $144,000 in the second year shall continue to be used to fund the Jobs for Virginia Graduates Program."

Explanation
(This amendment provides funding from nongeneral funds for the Jobs for Virginia Graduates Program. The program is receiving funding of $144,000 from this source in the current year. Recently, the Department of Education was notified that the funding source will continue to be available for fiscal year 2000.)
