1. The title of the project for George Mason University previously authorized in Item C-39.40, Chapter 806, 2013 Acts of Assembly, as "Construct Life Sciences Building, Prince William" and amended in Item C-46, Chapter 2, 2018 Acts of Assembly, Special Session I, as "Construct Bull Run Hall IIIB Addition" is hereby changed to "Construct Life Sciences and Engineering Building/ Renovate Bull Run Hall".

2. George Mason University is authorized to proceed with the design and construction of the Life Sciences and Engineering Building on the Prince William Campus.
