It is the intent of the General Assembly that any acquisitions by gift, transfer or purchase be limited, consistent with the authorization contained in Item 363, to property within or contiguous to The Cedars, Cowbane Prairie, Grayson Glads, Bald Knob, Deep Run Ponds, Redrock Mountain, Buffalo Mountain, Antioch Pines, Magothy Bay, Pinnacle, Lyndhurst Ponds, Mount Joy Ponds, and Grafton Ponds Natural Area Preserves. In addition, the department is authorized to accept donations of property within Stafford County contiguous to existing Natural Area Preserves.
