The Department of Labor and Industry is authorized to collect an annual application fee, not to exceed $55, from all participants enrolling in the apprenticeship program pursuant to Chapter 6 of Title 40.1, Code of Virginia. This fee structure shall be subject to the approval of the Secretary of Commerce and Trade.
