This Item contains supplemental funding for the umbrella project to upgrade the electrical systems of all the correctional field units, originally authorized in 1994 (Chapter 966, 1994 Acts of Assembly), for additional subprojects. The total cost of all the subprojects with the supplement is $4,129,641.
