A. The amounts provided in this appropriation are for the support of the James Monroe Law Office - Museum and Memorial Library.


B. The Governor may make appointments to the Board of Regents of the James Monroe Law Office - Museum and Memorial Library from a list of qualified persons submitted to him by the James Monroe Foundation and the Board of Visitors of the University of Mary Washington on or before the first day of March in any year in which the terms of any regents shall begin or expire. Such list shall contain at least three names for each vacancy to be filled. The Governor shall not be limited in his appointments to the persons so nominated.
