Authority: Title 22.1, Chapter 19, Code of Virginia.
Any appropriation from the general fund in the first year shall be administered by the Department of Education. An operation plan for funds in the first year shall be submitted to the Department of Planning and Budget to be approved by the Secretary of Finance. Such funds may be used for, but are not limited to, personnel, necessary upkeep to the facility, and student placement expenditures associated with consolidation of the Schools for the Deaf, Blind and Multi-Disabled.
