Out of the amounts for Security Services shall be paid the annual salary of the Chief, Division of Capitol Police, $79,588 from July 1, 2004, to November 24, 2004, $90,549 from November 25, 2004, to November 24, 2005, and $94,533 from November 25, 2005, to June 30, 2006. The salary increase authorized in the first year in Item 505 shall not apply to this salary.
