A. The appropriation for Mined Land Reclamation and Regulation includes annual membership dues to the Interstate Mining Compact Commission, $21,136 the first year and $21,136 the second year, from special funds.
B. Out of the amounts for Mined Land Reclamation and Regulation shall be provided reimbursement for expenses associated with administrative and judicial review when so ordered by a court of competent jurisdiction.
