A. Included within this appropriation is $69,463 the first year and $88,000 the second year from the general fund to replace expired federal grants.  Should the Crime Commission obtain additional federal funds during fiscal year 2005 or fiscal year 2006, an equal amount of these general  fund dollars, not to exceed $69,463 the first year, or $88,000 the second year, shall revert to the general fund.


B. The Virginia Crime Commission shall examine the statutory basis for computer crimes in the Code of Virginia, including a determination of the appropriate definitions and elements constituting offenses in this area.
