§ 4-9.05 MEMORANDA OF UNDERSTANDING

A public institution of higher education that has not entered into a management agreement pursuant to Chapters 933 and 945, 2005 Acts of Assembly may apply to the Secretaries of Administration and/or Technology to enter into a memorandum or memoranda of understanding for additional operational authority in human resources and personnel policy and/or in information technology provided that the authority is consistent with that institution's ability to manage its operations.
