A. Amounts for Computer Systems Services represent an internal service fund and shall be paid solely from revenues derived from charges for services. The estimated cost for Data Center Services is $57,476,062 the first year, and $57,476,062 the second year, for Desktop and End User Services, $93,716,992 the first year, and $93,716,992 the second year, and for Web Development and Support Services, $262,667 the first year and $262,667 the second year.

B. Political subdivisions and local school divisions are hereby authorized to purchase technology goods and services of every description from the Virginia Information Technologies Agency and its vendors, provided that such purchases are not prohibited by the terms and conditions of the contracts for such goods and services.
