In addition to any salary adjustments detailed in Part I, agency 995 of this act, of this appropriation shall be used $38,132 the first year and $70,398 the second year from the general fund effective beginning November 25, 2006, per requirements set forth in § 22.1-349 of the Code of Virginia.
