A. Out of the amounts for Workers' Compensation Services shall be paid the annual salary of the Chairman, $140,925 from July 1, 2006, to November 24, 2006; $145,153 from November 25, 2006, to November 24, 2007, and $145,153 from November 25, 2007, to June 30, 2008 and for each of the other two Commissioners of the Virginia Workers' Compensation Commission, $138,029 from July 1, 2006, to November 24, 2006; and $142,170 from November 25, 2006, to November 24, 2007; and $142,170 from November 25, 2007, to June 30, 2008.
B. In addition, retired Commissioners recalled to active duty will be paid as authorized by § 17.1-327, Code of Virginia.
