The Department of Conservation and Recreation is authorized to exchange land from the Massanutten Military Academy Tract, acquired April 14, 2004, by the department with General Obligation Bond Funds, for a one twelfth (1/12) interest owned by the Margaret Lyons Jones Land Trust in approximately 235 acres, currently owned as to eleven twelfths (11/12) interest by James R. Myers.  The difference in value, as determined by Fair Market Value Appraisals, shall be paid by the entity receiving the land of greater value.
