A. Included in the appropriation is $32,589 the first year from the general fund to cover the projected state prison bed space impact, as determined in accordance with § 30-19.1:4, Code of Virginia, of Chapter 980 (House Bill 1233) of the Acts of Assembly 2004.
B. Included in this appropriation is $43,177 the second year from the general fund to cover the projected state prison bed space impact, as determined in accordance with § 30-19.1:4, Code of Virginia, of House Bill 2248, 2005 Session.
C. Included in this appropriation is $351,875 the second year from the general fund to cover the projected state prison bed space impact, as determined in accordance with § 30-19.1:4, Code of Virginia, of House Bill 2564, 2005 Session.
