The General Assembly authorizes the College of William and Mary to merge the renovation and expansion of Millington Hall (16296) and the renovation and expansion of Rogers Hall (16581), two previously authorized capital projects. Through the merger of these two capital projects, it is the intent of the General Assembly that the College develop an integrated science center.
