A. This appropriation includes annual membership dues to the Interstate Oil and Gas Compact Commission, $3,600 the first year and $3,600 the second year, from the general fund.
B. This Item includes an additional nongeneral fund appropriation of $405,881 in the second year in anticipation of the passage of legislation in the 2003 Session of the General Assembly to increase gas and oil, and mineral mining permit, license, and board petition fees.
