A. Out of the amounts for Bill Drafting and Preparation shall be paid the annual salary of the Director, Division of Legislative Services, $118,785 from July 1, 2002, to November 24, 2002, $118,785 from November 25, 2002, to November 24, 2003, and $118,785 from November 25, 2003, to June 30, 2004.
B. Out of the amounts appropriated in this item $100,000 the first year and $100,000 the second year from the general fund shall be provided for the ongoing cost of position regrades approved in April 2000.
C. Included in this item is $27,800 the first year and $27,800 the second year from the general fund to provide for payments to the Department of General Services for increased building maintenance costs of the General Assembly Building.
