Notwithstanding Title 3.1, Chapter 4.2, Code of Virginia, the Chippokes Plantation Farm Foundation is hereby abolished, effective July 1, 2003. The powers and duties heretofore exercised by such agency shall hereafter be vested in the Department of Conservation and Recreation.
