A. The Compensation Board is hereby authorized to deduct, from the first reimbursements made each year to localities out of the amounts in Items 69 and 70 of this act, an amount equal to each locality’s share of the insurance premium paid by the Compensation Board on behalf of the offices of the Commissioner of Revenue and the Treasurer.
B. There is hereby reappropriated the unexpended balance remaining in this program on June 30, 2002, and June 30, 2003.
