A. The Director of the Department of Planning and Budget is authorized to transfer appropriations from this Item to agencies and institutions to achieve the purpose of this appropriation.
B. Out of this appropriation $198,000 from the general fund in the first year shall be provided as reimbursement for the costs of asbestos abatement in Senate Room A of the General Assembly Building.
