Authority: Discretionary Inclusion.
A. The Director, Department of Planning and Budget shall withhold from agency appropriations and transfer to this Item an amount estimated at $875,000 in the second year for savings resulting from the use of service bureaus for shipping and payroll activities.
B. The Director, Department of Planning and Budget shall withhold from agency appropriations and transfer to this Item an amount estimated at $400,000 in the second year for savings resulting from the renegotiation of the Dominion Virginia Power electricity contract.
C. The Director, Department of Planning and Budget shall withhold from agency appropriations and transfer to this Item an amount estimated at $500,000 in the second year for savings resulting from the centralization of airline ticket procurement.
D. This appropriation is subject to § 4-1.09 of this act.
