A. Out of this appropriation the Department may provide such positions as are required to provide educational services for detention centers operated by the Department of Corrections.
B. Included in this Item is $1,015,677 $1,167,677 the first year and $1,017,019 $1,531,927 the second year from nongeneral funds to provide educational services to inmates housed in Sussex II State Prison, and Wallens Ridge State Prison, Fluvanna Correctional Center, and Greensville Correctional Center under the Commonwealth's contract prison bed program.
