Out of the amounts for Ground Transportation System Safety shall be paid the salary of the Executive Director, $85,531 from July 1, 2000, to November 24, 2000, $87,584 from November 25, 2000, to November 24, 2001, and $87,584 from November 25, 2001, to June 30, 2002.
