A. Out of the amounts for Minority Enterprise Development and Improvement shall be provided $300,000 the first year and $400,000 the second year from the general fund to further capitalize the Capital Access Fund for Disadvantaged Businesses.
B. Out of the amounts for Minority Enterprise Coordination and Promotion shall be provided $250,000 the first year from the general fund for a consultant to determine the requirements and general design of an information clearinghouse and technology assessment program for disadvantaged businesses, and $250,000 the second year from the general fund to implement the programs.
