From this Item, funding is provided for repairs to the roof of the building at 2220 West Broad Street. Included is the authorization to contract with structural engineers, to pay architectural and engineering fees, and for other necessary and related expenses directly associated with the repairs. Repair costs in excess of the amount authorized herein may be borne by insurance. The Director, Department of Planning and Budget, may authorize a treasury loan to the Department of Taxation pending any insurance reimbursement.
