From this Item, the Virginia Department for the Visually Handicapped, with the approval of the Governor as otherwise provided by law, is authorized to expend funds to acquire a parcel of land that is adjacent to the current property, fronting on Leonard Street and its corner with Bainbridge Street, and to demolish the two structures currently occupying the site.
