A. The Secretary shall present revised juvenile and state and local responsibility adult offender population forecasts to the Governor, the Chairmen of the House Appropriations and Senate Finance Committees, and the Chairmen of the House and Senate Courts of Justice Committees by October 15, 2000, for each fiscal year through FY 2005 and by October 15, 2001, for each fiscal year through FY 2006.
B. In order to support the Virginia Integrated Criminal Justice Information System (ICJIS) development initiative, each affected public safety agency shall provide, as needed, information services personnel to the ICJIS task force. The personnel shall be provided upon request by the Secretary or his designee. A progress report on the development of the ICJIS initiative shall be presented to the Governor and the Chairmen of the Senate Finance and House Appropriations Committees by October 1 of each year.
