Acquisition: Land for Pine Chapel Area Headquarters (16163)

The Department of Transportation is authorized to negotiate and contract with the City of Hampton to relocate the Pine Chapel Area Headquarters maintenance facility. In exchange for the existing land, the City of Hampton will develop a new site at a mutually agreeable location to match the functionality and capacity of the existing Pine Chapel facility. The relocation, which will include the replacement of all buildings, will be at no cost to the Department of Transportation and subject to the Department's approval. ]
