The Secretaries of Technology and Finance, with the cooperation of the state Comptroller and the Director of the Department of Personnel and Training, shall review the status of the Integrated Human Resource Information System and report their findings to the Governor and the Chairmen of the House Appropriations and Senate Finance Committees by May 1, 1999. This report shall include a review of any software decisions, the status towards implementation, and any major changes in scope and direction of the original project to replace systems in both the Departments of Accounts and Personnel and Training. The report shall also address how any changes in the scope of the project will affect the repayment of the loan made to fund the IHRIS project.
