A. The Marine Resources Commission shall recover the cost of reproduction, plus a reasonable fee per record, from persons or organizations requesting copies of computerized lists of licenses issued by the Commission.


B. Out of the amounts for General Management and Direction shall be paid $149,950 the first year and $269,950 the second year from the general fund to the Chesapeake Bay Foundation to support Bay education field studies.


C. The Commission shall include in its next annual mailing of renewals for Commercial Fisherman Registration educational information regarding the importance of submerged aquatic vegetation to fisheries stocks and the importance of avoiding impacts on submerged aquatic vegetation through activities related to fishing, including boat operation. The information shall be provided to the Commission by the Chesapeake Bay Commission.
