A. Out of the amounts for General Management and Direction shall be provided $575,100 the first year and $575,100 the second year from the Transportation Trust Fund to the Commonwealth Transportation Board for the management of the Transportation Trust Fund.


B. The Department will aggressively seek to fill current position vacancies through all available means. When additional positions are required above the current position level cap, the Governor is authorized to increase the agency position level by up to 350 full-time equivalent (FTE) positions.


C. The Commissioner shall ensure that the salary increase authorized by the General Assembly in Item 546 of this act shall apply to all employees who participate in the Department's "Broadbanding" Program.
