The Department of Mines, Minerals and Energy, with the approval of the Governor as otherwise provided by law, is authorized to convey title to Wise County, at no cost to the County, certain real property and improvements thereto, described generally as 210 Wood Avenue, Big Stone Gap, Virginia, provided, however, that the terms of said conveyance shall require that should Wise County at any time in the future cease using the property for municipal purposes, title shall revert to the Commonwealth.
