1. Any unused funds from the $100,000 appropriation for purposes of planning and designing the Museum's facility shall revert to the general fund.
2. With the approval of the Director of the Department of Planning and Budget and the Director of the Department of General Services, the Museum may transfer funds from the second year to the first year for purposes of planning and designing the new museum facility.
