The Northern Virginia Training Center, in cooperation with the Department of Mental Health, Mental Retardation and Substance Abuse Services, and the Northern Virginia community services boards, shall continue to evaluate the efficacy of providing medical, dental, and other related support services to severely or profoundly mentally retarded consumers of the Northern Virginia Community Services Boards who may also have physical and behavioral complications. The Center and the Department shall report on the impact of the pilot program to the Chairmen of the House Appropriations and Senate Finance Committees by December 15, 1999.
