Included in the Federal Trust appropriations are amounts estimated at $78,705 the second year to pay for statewide indirect cost recoveries of this agency. Actual recoveries of statewide indirect costs up to the level of these estimates shall be exempt from payment into the general fund, as provided in § 4-2.03 of this act. Amounts recovered in excess of these estimates shall be deposited to the general fund. Appropriations the second year are contingent upon passage of House Bill 2414/Senate Bill 1224 (1999).
