A. Out of the amounts for Workers' Compensation Services shall be paid the annual salary of the Chairman, $110,447 from July 1, 1998, to November 24, 1998; and $114,500 from November 25, 1998, to November 24, 1999; and $117,077 $121,656 from November 25, 1999, to June 30, 2000, and for the other two Commissioners of the Virginia Workers' Compensation Commission, each at $108,176 from July 1, 1998, to November 24, 1998; and $112,146 from November 25, 1998, to November 24, 1999; and $114,669 $119,155 from November 25, 1999, to June 30, 2000.
B. In addition, retired Commissioners recalled to active duty will be paid as authorized by § 14.1-39.1, Code of Virginia.
