From the appropriation in this item, $62,500 the first year is provided for the estimated increase in the operating costs of adult correctional facilities resulting from enactment of Senate Bill 199, 1998 Regular Session. The funds shall be paid into the Corrections Special Reserve Fund, established in accordance with § 30-19.1:4 of the Code of Virginia.
