(This amendment provides $9.3 million GF each year for the fiscal impact of House Bill 893, which increases the cap on compensation paid to court-appointed counsel for parents and guardians in child dependency cases from $120 per case to the maximum amount of compensation allowed for court-appointed criminal defense counsel in cases involving felonies resolved in district courts, depending on the type of the child dependency case.)
