(This amendment provides $50,000 each year from the general fund for the associated impact of Senate Bill 312 which directs the Department for Aging and Rehabilitative Services to establish and manage the Office of the Independent Living Community Ombudsman which will receive, record, and respond to concerns related to independent living communities and operate a complaint line to receive, record, and respond to such concerns.)
