Explanation

(This amendment adds $8.6 million from the general fund and $8.6 million from nongeneral funds each year to increase reimbursement for certain Medicaid substance use disorder services that did not receive a 12.5 percent increase that was implemented on October 1, 2021, on a temporary basis and then made permanent beginning in fiscal year 2023.)
