Explanation

(This amendment provides $1.0 million GF the second year to Washington County to support the William King Museum of Art Cultural Campus Phase II construction. This project will transform the historic museum grounds into a magnificent 22-acre park in downtown Abingdon. It is the intent that this Item will be set out in enrolling.)
