Explanation

(This amendment provides $2.3 million each year from the general fund to support the development of a crisis receiving center in Prince William County. The center will have sixteen 23-hour crisis units and sixteen 23-hour crisis residential beds and will provide stabilization services for adults and adolescents in crisis who have acute behavioral health and mental health needs, as well as provide family support.)
