Explanation

(This amendment includes $7.3 million the first year and $12.0 million the second year from the general fund pursuant to the passage of House Bill 970, which would create a state-funded comprehensive health care coverage program for individuals in Virginia who are under 19 years of age, are not covered under a group health plan or health insurance coverage, and but for their immigration status would be eligible for Virginia's Medicaid or FAMIS program.)
