"c. Program applicants may seek awards from the Fund to foster business-education collaboration, align educational and training curricula with existing or projected workforce needs, incentivize and train instructors and grow training infrastructure in areas with unmet demand. Funded initiatives shall grow the number of trainees entering full-time employment in high-demand occupations in relevant production and installation, maintenance and repair fields, as defined by the United State Bureau of Labor Statistics."
