"A. Out of the amounts in this item, $3,750,000 from the general fund in the first year shall be provided to the County of York to support the construction of a cruise ship port-of-call tender pier facility on the York River at Yorktown, Virginia."

Explanation

(This amendment provides $3.75 million GF in FY 2023 for the York County Cruise Line Tourism Project in support of the initial phase of a major cruise line tourism commitment to Yorktown. A companion amendment provides $11.25 million GF to support tourism related improvements to the Watermen's Museum.)
