This funding shall be reduced by any federal funding the Department may receive after April 1, 2023. Any such reduction shall be repaid to the general fund.”



Explanation

(This amendment provides $725,000 GF the first year and $2.0 million GF the second year to continue and expand the operation of the Framework for Addiction Analysis and Community Transformation (FAACT), a cross-agency data-sharing platform that assists localities, agencies, and service providers in addressing and mitigating the opioid and substance use crisis. Language provides that the amount shall be reduced by any federal funding the Department may receive after April 1, 2023.)
